FRANKLEES (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter "FRANKLEES") is committed to respecting your privacy. FRANKLEES has created this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to communicate the terms it applies to the collection, use and communication of personal data (i.e. any information that allows you to be identified such as your first name, last name, gender, mother tongue, date of birth, postal address (delivery and billing), telephone number, email address, credit card details, purchase history, IP address, preferences) on its website icewatch.co.za, its mobile application and its social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, Tik Tok and Twitter). The personal data that you have communicated to us before is kept by FRANKLEES because there is a legitimate interest in providing you with information that may interest you regarding our products/services, promotional offers, direct marketing and competitions

FRANKLEES uses your data:

    • when you contact us by any means whatsoever, for example for a question relating to our products, to help you find a store near you, to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive promotional offers, direct marketing and competitions and/or to provide you with customer service;

Please note that when you freely communicate data, information or documents on the internet and social networks (for example personal data contained in photos, stories, comments and videos), these will no longer be private in nature and may become public information, accessible to the general public.
